The Christian Heritage Center fulfills its mission in the following ways:

Promoting Understanding And Appreciation Of Christian Heritage

Examples:
• Conducting historical research using primary and secondary sources, making these resources accessible to the public.
• Promoting the works of godly figures. Sharing and taking steps to make these more available and accessible.
• Spotlighting works and figures in various ways.

Instructing In Relevant Aspects Of Christian Truth With Such Heritage

Examples of relevant truth:
• Experiential Calvinism, Reformed doctrine, biographical courses, sound revival theology, evangelical unity, church history, historical theology, spiritual disciplines, systematic theology, pastoral ministry, the Christian life, expositional preaching, and the church's role in God’s redemptive plan.

Methods:
• Competency-based education, cohort courses, academic programs, practicums, internships, research fellowships, and structured mentoring.

Providing Quality Resources On Christian Heritage

Examples:
• Various Resources: Journals, articles, digital resources, books, pamphlets, videos, courses, and audio recordings.
• Downloadable Materials: Provide access to articles, research papers, and study guides.
• Curated Content: Offer playlists or collections of videos, podcasts, or readings on specific topics.
• Centralized Portals: Build repositories for learners to easily access resources.

Facilitating Opportunities For Fellowship And Growth

Examples:
Ministerial fellowship, networking, fellowship cohorts, historical tours, conferences, seminars, discussion forums, Bible studies, and roundtable discussions.

Specific examples:
In 2025, three to four online instructional webinars will be facilitated.

These include:
• 1.5 -hour session, titled “How and why ministers should study godly historical figures?”
• 1.5 -hour session, titled “Martyn Lloyd-Jones and evangelistic preaching, lessons for Ministers”
• 1.5 - hour session, titled “Benefits of studying the Puritans”

Each of these sessions will include instruction, time for discussion and interaction, and prayer. These will be facilitated via Zoom.

Training And Equipping Ministers And Christians

Examples:
• Ministerial cohorts, pastoral theology courses, family worship seminars, and training sessions.

Specific examples:
• Beginning in July 2024, Kyle Kearbey facilitated a one-year pastoral ministry cohort. The cohort is comprised of nine two-hour online sessions of instruction and discussion of assigned reading and three four-hour in-person sessions.
